The Business Relations Manager is the subject matter expert, providing direction to both internal and external customers, with focus on access to, reimbursement for, and contracting of Organogenesis’ products. This position is a member of a field based division reporting to the Director of Business Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for Sales Management (RSMs), their teams and customers.

  • Conducts presentations with corporate C-suite and other financial stakeholders, focused on Organogenesis Product Portfolio for practice management considerations and on overall products’ value propositions.

  • Serves as Corporate Liaison with IDN, GPO, and Health System accounts.

  • Develops contracting for IDN, GPO, and Health Systems.

  • Coordinates health system projects in a cross functional leadership role with sales leadership, Medical, Policy, and Market Access Teams.

  • Researches and conducts analysis of the market in terms of coverage, coding and payment, existing and emerging payer policies, formulary listings, competitive landscape, trends, pricing, and potential barriers to provider and patient access.

  • Conducts in-field claim reviews and prepares reports on findings/trends.

  • Develops and performs training for field sales organization.

  • Collaborates with Health Policy to execute initiatives focused on improving Medicare, Medicaid and Private Payors.


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical sales

  • Must possess expert knowledge of sales or equivalent

  • Previous experience with IDN, GPO, and Health System contracts

  • Previous experience preferred as a sales manager or management role for 2 years 

  • Reimbursement or access experience

  • Wound Care or Surgical experience a plus

  • Must be able to work autonomously and possess exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Travel requirements - 50% - 60%
