What You Will Achieve:

Organogenesis is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager in our Marketing department. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will take a proactive approach to understanding insights related to the customer, market dynamics, and key unmet needs for select brands within the Organogenesis wound care portfolio, while leading a team. These insights will be leveraged to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactics which support the brand(s) through the product life cycle. The Sr. Product Manager will use strong strategic marketing skills combined with analytical experience and a proven history of effective downstream marketing campaigns to drive brand adoption within a growing segment of the Organogenesis wound care portfolio. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is a remote position. 

 

How You Will Achieve It:

  • Execute on the portfolio strategy and marketing plans to achieve business goals; recommend direction and product positioning for assigned products.
  • Experience and ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to research and understand of the marketplace. 
  • Experience leading full cycle marketing strategies (mostly downstream).
  • Experience with new product development and launching new products into the market place.
  • Extensive digital marketing experience.
  • Creativity, content, ideas, projects, multiple vendor management - developing messaging strategies to bring product to market.
  • Design marketing mix and go-to-market strategies to create competitive advantage, in collaboration with customer marketing.
  • Support worldwide business growth (short and long-term) with clearly defined goals, objectives, critical success factors, timelines, budgets, and action items.
  • Provide support to the global sales organizations, including KOL and customer visits.

Requirements

What You Need to Achieve It:

  • 5 years in a Product Manager role in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience "owning" a product.
  • Wound care experience preferred. 
  • Product Management certificate preferred. 
  • Direct patient/consumer experience preferred. 
  • Good and strong communication skills in English required, adept with communication at all levels in a professional and effective manner.
  • Strong analytical skills required, as well as the ability to synthesize and integrate customer insights, draw conclusions/implications, and translate information into comprehensive portfolio strategies and business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration within multi-national and cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Display a desire to push the operation ‘to consistently be better’ whilst acknowledging and sharing the achievements of the team.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to present high-level information for multiple audiences, including scientist, executives, and laymen.
  • Excellent strategic thinker with solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to 40% travel.
