What You Will Achieve:

In this role, the Senior Manager, FP&A - Systems and Continuous Improvement Projects will partner with Finance and our related business partners on driving process improvements and automation through our forecasting and reporting tools. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, is an individual contributor position and is a hybrid position tied to our Canton, MA office. . 

 

How You Will Achieve It:

  • Lead the configuration, administration, and development of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform to simplify reporting processes and drive process improvements 
  • Drive standardization and automation of tools, processes, and reporting solutions that facilitate key business insights across the division through collaborative cross-functional partnerships
  • Identify system limitations or process breakdowns, meet cross-functionally to determine solutions, execute the improvement and communicate the status/results
  • Improve data flows and reporting processes to enable both finance and the business to receive data in an organized, timely and consistent fashion
  • Stay current on Adaptive Planning features and best practices to continuously improve planning processes
  • Additional ad hoc analysis to drive financial close and forecasting processes

Requirements

What You Need to Achieve It:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Experience in financial reporting systems, computing, and/or data sciences preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in controllership, accounting, financial planning and analysis
  • Project experience in areas such as process mapping, root cause/gap analysis, requirements gathering / definition development, financial modeling and value mapping
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with ability to maintain accuracy of information and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities while producing meaningful deliverables and meeting deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with forecasting tools and data visualization tools (eg, Adaptive, Hyperion, Power BI, etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
