What You Will Achieve:
Assist the Facilities Department by analyzing problems, determining & coordinating approach, and compiling and analyzing data to prepare reports and recommendations. Expected to be able to review proposals and provide feedback on pricing for equipment, installation, labor, materials, and other related costs. As well as perform various administrative tasks, assignments, and projects as required for all Facilities operations.
How You Will Achieve It:
- Review of proposals and provide feedback on pricing for equipment, installation, labor, materials, and other related costs
- Purchase Order generation, including coordination between legal, finance, and facilities.
- Processing of departmental invoices
- Vendors/contractor support activities such as security force, fire watch, and escorting/monitoring vendor personnel to ensure OI procedures are followed
- Coordination & scheduling of non-GMP preventative maintenance
- Coordinating between functional areas within OI (Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities)
- Manage and schedule outside vendors and contractors
- Routine report generation
- Maintains spare parts inventory for facility team including ordering of spare parts in preparation for preventative maintenance
- Other tasks as required
Requirements
What You Need to Achieve It:
- Requires H.S. diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with a payment processing software preferred.
- Experience in Biotech or a Pharmaceutical compliant workplace is preferred.
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system preferred.
- Ability to multitask
