What You Will Achieve:

The Claims Analyst is responsible for optimizing reimbursement for Organogenesis products, and services in which the products are used. This includes analyzing coding, claims, coverage and payment policies as needed for new/existing products. This position reports to the Claims Manager.  This position can be on-site or remote. 

 

How You Will Achieve It:

  • Review and analyze all incoming claims 
  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails related to claims
  • Enter and organize all incoming faxes into the claims queue
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to resolve claims
  • Maintain reports and prepare reports related to the work 
  • Establish relationships with third party payers 
  • Provide reviews to customers 

Requirements

What You Need to Achieve It:

BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics
3 years' experience in the healthcare industry in reimbursement and healthcare claims
Functional expertise in reimbursement and health care policy
An intimate knowledge of Claims, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Private Payor reimbursement process
